“Dessine-moi un homard” Exhibition: A Gourmet Break at the Grand Hôtel-Dieu
An Artistic Experience in the Heart of the Grand Hôtel-Dieu
This summer, the Grand Hôtel-Dieu is hosting “Dessine-moi un homard”, a free exhibition created by omart, a Lyon-based artistic incubation programme supporting emerging regional artists.
Until 3 September 2026, the historic cloister is transformed into an open-air gallery featuring around one hundred artworks inspired by a single theme: the lobster, the emblem of omart. Through a wide variety of styles, techniques and artistic approaches, each artist offers their own interpretation of this distinctive symbol.
Throughout the exhibition, visitors are invited to vote for their favourite artwork. The artist receiving the most votes will earn a place in the omart 2027 programme, making this exhibition an interactive as well as artistic experience.
